Return & Refund Policy
At Bendapet, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all accessories. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used filters, refills, or consumables, or on items marked as final sale.
How to start a return
Email us at support@bendapet.com or use our contact form. Include your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost to you.
Return shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@bendapet.com.
